Sort of. The GlobalCache GC100 will take data from your PC and out to a Xantech IR block but you'll need software on your computer to manage the X10 commands.
Are you using software to control your x10 environment?
If not you'll need HomeSeer with the Global Cache plug-in, the GlobalCache GC100 and a Xantech IR connection Block. |

| Vman, the GlobalCache GC100 will surely fail you as it did for me. However, you'll be needing to invest time and effort for research in order to make the most out of it and its wonderful capabilities. |
