I just got the Sylvania Z-Wave system from you and it works fine, except for the Burglar deterrent function. I cannot seem to get it to turn on a light within the parameters set forth in the manual. I have an electrical engineering degree, so am not *too* dumb, and have read the manual on this particular function. For example:
I set up this test at 7:00 am this morning (only one of many tests)
Burglar deterrent -
On time 7:25 am
Off time 8:40 am
added unit 3 (a lamp) by pressing it's button
Controller states "unit added"
Burglar deterrent active
However, the lamp did not ever turn on within that time period, even though the manual states it will come on within ± 15 minutes from the start time. I have done other tests and have never seen a lamp come on within the set time period. All other functions of the controller seem to work OK. |

| I have several calls in regarding your burglar deterrent question. I will post and email a response as soon as I have one. They did tell me they would contact you directly. Please let me know if they have. |
