I'm looking for a monitoring device for a business to be able to make a call or email if there is an instrusion. Are you units just for home use or would it work for a business too? Just need 3 door and one motion.

We pay $460/year for ADT monitoring.

I can recommend several alarm systems, specifically the ELK-M1EZ8 based on it's open source programming sounds excellent and other measures can be taken to reduce overead. For example, you can control lighting and HVAC through the panel which means lowered electrical and heating and cooling costs.
