|
|
I've just moved into a new home, and the kitchen fluorescent light is a 3-way circuit. What X10-compatible modules should I use to control it?
Preferably, I'd like something that is capable of reporting it's status, but I can live without that if it isn't available.
Thanks. |

The Leviton HCM06-1TW and HCM10-1TW switches are capable of two way communicating. The 06 is a 600w switch, and the 10 is a 1000w switch.

| Thanks, but I don't think either of those are suitable for use with fluorescent lights. |

Hello, sorry my mistake, I was thinking of their use with power extenders for 2000w odd ballasts and other strange lighting needs.
The XPS3 from X10 is a 3-way capable switch and fluorescent capable.
You may see some noise issues using X10 with fluorescent lighting, a simple filter will solve this problem for you.
