Well, because that switch is an Insteon device, it is not sold by us :!:
But, you came here for help and that's what we will give you.
Click here to download the PDF version of the user's manual for that device. Within the pdf you will find the instructions on how to set your switch up for 3-way dimming. As far as X10 control goes, it is extremely limited since they are proprietary devices. If you have trouble, give the store you purchased them from a call.
Once you start to experience the usual signal and relability problems with your Insteon devices, return them and come back to SmartHomeUSA. We will set you up with the dimmers you should have purchased in the first place :D
