I think this forum is going to be great for customers and SmarthomeUSA.
One thing that might be helpful is to have a catagory for each manufacuture. Then if someone has a question or problem for one of their products, they can go directly to it and get specific help. |

Unfortunately adding a section for each of our 120 manufactures would unnecessarily bloat up our forums.
But as time goes on, we will add sections as we see fit. For now, find the forum section most appropriate to your question and post there. You can also give our technical support staff a call at 631-361-8609.
