Hi i want to be able to put ON or OFF my A/C (mini split) via internet. I dont know if this is yet posible.

I want a hardware that conects the A/C to computer or directly to internet and be able to know if its ON or OFF.

Please Give me an advice its very important for me.

There are several solutions for this situation:

1. Instead of the internet, you can use an AUBE thermostat and CT-240 telephone controller. You could then set the 7 day programming on the thermostat, and a away temperature. When you call in, you can toggle between the away temperature and the 7 day programming.

2. Homeseer, an Aprilaire 8870 communicating thermostat and an 8811 protocol adapter. You will also need a computer and high speed internet connection running the Homeseer software.

3. Elk panel, Aprilaire 8870 and 8811 and the ELK-M1XEP. This will allow you to not only control your HVAC over the internet, but also the security panel, lights and anything else you want to wire back to this panel.

I'd be more then happy to discuss these options with you at any time.

There are also some other options, the RCS thermostats with UPB, Z-Wave or X10 controls are another option.
