Hi Technical Service Personnel,
We just installed the items above and it is working wonderfully. Just one question: How does the intercom on the doorbell work? In other words, once someone inside acknowledges the visitor by speaking to them via the intercom, may the visitor respond in kind by simply speaking into the doorbell or do they need to depress the doorbell button while speaking? Please clarify.

| Pressing the button at the door will ring the chimes on the receiver unit, once your connection is established, the person at the door presses the button to talk. |
