I LIVE IN COMMACK, WHICH IS THE NEXT TOWN WEST OF SMITHTOWN. IT SAYS ON THE JDS WEBSITE THAT SMARTHOMEUSA IS LOCATED IN SMITHTOWN ON EAST MAIN STREET. I CANNOT FIND THE STORE. I'VE TRIED TO CALL THE 631 NUMBER ABOVE, BUT I GET NOWHERE.
:?: CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHERE THE STORE IS LOCATED. SINCE MY HOUSE IS SO CLOSE TO THE POSTED ADRESS OF THE STORE, IT WOULD MAKE NO SENSE FOR ME TO ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE.

We don't have a retail store outlet, but if you wanted to place an order with us over the phone you could pick it up at our place of business. Our address is 10 Lawrence Avenue, Smithtown, NY 11787, right off of East Main, aka, Route 25, aka Middle Country Road (middle country road is what a lot of sites like). We are a few blocks west of Route 111, right off of East Main (aka Route 25, aka Middle Country Road).
Our reps are always available to talk over the phone during business hours, quite possibly someone was out of the office, we had a busy day yesterday, so I apologize that nobody was able to get back to you.
Just give us a call when yuo want to place the order so that we check to see if it is in stock. |
