I would like to monitor my outdoor swimming pool from inside my house. I do not have a fence and would like to leave the pool open (uncovered) during both day and night, without worry of some kid drowning.

I can go hard wired or wireless.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks

Hello,

There are two easy ways that you could do this. One would be to use a broad motion detector over the area. This will be more cost effective but will detect any motion including animals.

The other way would be to put in a wired beam system where the beam has to be broken for a alarm to be tripped. This method is more expensive, however it does cut down on false alarms.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Basically, it is a sensor or group of sensors that are placed near or inside the pool for detecting any movement. Similar to a home security system, the idea behind them is to avoid any possible danger to you children or the children of your visitors.
Even if you don’t have kids, pool safety alarms should be considered a must for any responsible adult.
How Does It Work?Basically, wireless pool alarms use sensors that detect any kind of movement around the pool. Once these sensors pick up something that it considers dangerous, it will send a transmission to a base connected to an electrical outlet. The base will start an alarm that will alert the parents about the pool intrusion.

and many question you can look http://securityideasonline.com ,hope this site can help you, Good day.
