Hello Tech Support;
Well, after about 3-months of use, both our doorbell and intercom batteries needed changing. After installing the new batteries, power and function appear to have been restored to both units. Both units however, appear not to recognize eachother: the intercom no longer responds when the doorbell is depressed, although the doorbell rings.
Meanwhile, the manual that I kept in the original box, has gone missing -- I just returned from vacation. Can you please advise us on how to troubleshoot both units?
