The utility delivering our current is fluctuating widely. Say instead of 110 +/- 10% we get around 138-140V same on Hz. Officially, it is 60Hz in reality it is about 63-70hz. This speeds up all clocks etc.

As in computers I suppose and would like to find a voltage regulator that can be placed inbetween the utility and the house panels. This is particular important as these fluctuations start up our autoswitch standby Gen set, that then needs to be shut down, some times in the middle of the nite waking up the neighborhood.

Any product recommendations?

Hello,

We do not have any products that would correct it. They do make commercial regulators, however, I do not have any information on suppliers.

I would see if you can work with the utility company to lower the output of the transformer.
