Unfortunately the only manual we have is the one posted on our website; click here. You will need Adobe Acrobat, which is a free download; click here for it.
If you still can't get it to load, of course you can give our technical support line a call and someone here will walk you through the steps you have to take (631-361-8609). OR, call us and we can put you in touch with the manufacturer who can send you a new manual in the mail.
