I am designing an automated irrigation system for my greenhouse. I got as far as the following rain8 controllers. I need to be able to program each zone to turn on/off several (8-12) times a day. Is this possible with this hardware?

I have a couple more questions. 1). will this pump control turn on a 110v centrifugal pump? 2). When programming irrigation schedules on computer...Can a zone be programmed to turn on/off several times a day?

I have a PC at my disposal to dedicate, And I have looked into X-10, and I am open to other ideas if you offer them.

Basically. I want the simplest multi event (minimum of 12) per zone system I can put together.

P.S. Is there a 110 to 24v transformer that I can plug into a digital timer
to turn the 24volt valves on/off?

thanks ahead for your time. you guys have a great website here. later! [/url]
