Hi, I have this unit configured and running, with an event schedule set to trigger motion detection alerts and notify me by email with a video clip. But it only works if I am logged in and click "execute" on the schedule configuration page. On the live video I can see there is a good bit of motion and not very far from the cameras. I've updated the software, recreated the schedules, rebooted, still the same thing.

here's how I set up the schedule:

type: device event with a camera specified
event: motion detected

time: have tried both not specifying anything and specifying time before and after when I'm testing

under actions tab: chose camera, told it to capture video with no delay, then added it

under notifications I configured my info

But it only works if I manually trigger it. The machine is on and so forth of course, any ideas why it's not working?

This seems like a software bug to me. It would probably be best if you contacted Motorola directly about the issue.

Please call 631-361-8609 and ask us for Motorola's phone number or email address.
