This is a 3 part question if there is anyone who has some expertise in this area. Thanks in advance.
I have a 2 zone Multi-room audio system. The bedroom is on zone 2 and has a cutoff, so I can attach audio to the bedroom only through local ports. These questions are about the bedroom audio only.
First, I am under the impression that I cannot amplify the signal to the cutoff ports, is this correct?
Second, if I can't send an amped signal, is there any way to increase the power a bit, because even when the keypad is maxed, the sound is still pretty low. I would like it louder and the speackers can handle the juice, I think.
Third, since I can't pre-amp the signal through a receiver, is there any way to connect more than one input without loosing signal strength. I would use a tuner that allows me to switch input, but again, if that is not an option ...
Thanks again! |
