| We have a small office (1100sq ft) on the 1st floor. We have 2 doors and windows in 2 rooms. We are looking for a system that at the minimum has motion detectors. We want to be notified via email/sms, NOT phone line. |

The easiest way to have a basic security/monitoring system contact you via, email or SMS is to use the Home Sight system. The USB system does require a PC to run the system and the Gateway system is standalone but requires a monthly monitoring charge.
HomeSight system:

If you are looking for a true security system I would recommend the Elk-M1EZM8

This system can be used with GE wireless sensors and you can also add a Ethernet port.

This is a hybrid hardwired and wireless system where the keypads must be wired and other sensors like wireless motion detectors and door sensors.
If you can't wire for the keypads then I would recommends the HomeSight system. |
