I am intending to house all of my AV boxes in the room next door to my TV watching room. I am looking to install Channel Vision IR Distribution solution.

Firstly any comments on the Channel vision kit?

Secondly there is a receiver that mounts in a "standard" Junction Box. I live in Hong kong and am worried the "standard" isn't shared around the world. could you let me know the dimension of an American Standard J Box.

Hello,

We only hear good reviews on all Channel Vision products. I would love to hear any customer reviews on their products.

A single box size is 3 3/4 inches high by 2 1/4 inches wide.

One way to ensure you have the right box is to use a LV1 low voltage box.

If you can't mount the IR receiver in a junction box you can use the IR-2400 Remote Head IR-Receiver that includes a table top mount and a wall mount.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
