I have a russond 6.6 system in my house I want to split one zone into 3 keypads using the SA-ZX3 Keypad splitter. My question is what do you do with speakers in the three split rooms so there isn't sound when you turn on one controller?

All the SA-ZX3 does is split one audio zone to additional keypads. For example a great room can have a keypad at each entrance and both will control the same set of speakers.

To expand the system and use the keypads you would need to expand the the system using the R-NET expansion port and and a second CAV controller.

If you don't care about keypads source control for some additional speakers you can use an impedance matching speaker switchers and impedance matching volume controllers. Just keep in mind that you do not have any source control.
