homesight vista no sound

I have a hmez1000 and I have run the updates but I am not recording sound on my vista machine. I have tried reinstalling the driver to no avail.

Hello,

What version of the software are you using? 2.6.18 is the most recent version. If you are using a older version you can download it here:

http://www.smarthomeusa.com/ShopByManufacturer/Motorola/Item/HMEZ2000/downloads/

If you need to upgrade you must use the zipped package because you must uninstall the old version first and remove the drivers by running the DeleteMHSDrivers.exe found in the zip file.
