Although its possible, no one does it, and no one ever will, most likely.
You would have to use the phone's internet browser to access software or hardware that actually controls the x10. MCONTROL is popular
You could also use some of the remote controls that have X10 or z-wave control built in. Harmony and Monster are two that have Z-wave.
