I am looking for a manual/ troubleshooting info on the following; a Intermatic 7 day wall mounted programmer, numbers on unit are 'cat #6311', 9E57VO. This unit controls 120 volt parking areas and driveway lighting. Fixtures go on and off for 1 to 3 minutes multiple times during daytime. Following instructions on the unit I can clear settings and reset nighttime settings which the unit operates correctly. When I observe the lights on during the day I go to and clear to an off setting but it returns.

I get 'no results' using above numbers on the Intermatic sites search requests.
