Hi, I'd like to put together a motion detection based security system at my home that would trigger lights and maybe an indoor alarm when motion is detected outside. I've seen sites that sell motion detection lighting like: http://www.motionlightsensor.com but these are just lights with the motion detector built in. I would like to have something more flexible where I can wire the motion detectors where I want them in the yard.
I've found here: http://www.smarthomeusa.com/Shop/Motion/ a bunch of products that look right--detectors that I can wire, but I'm lost as to how I would go about putting this together. Is there a place to go for a resource on how I could do this, including how to tie this maybe into my computer system at home (for remote monitoring)? |
